Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Ten-Four Clothing! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges/Returns/ Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the receipt in the return package to be issued an exchange. Refunds will not be issued; however, store credit is available.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. As it relates to exchanges, you may use any shipping company that you chose; however, we recommend you purchase tracking and insurance, as Ten-Four Clothing is not responsible for lost return shipments.
